My dog got into a scuffle with a groundhog last month on a Saturday.

I called Lane and told the receptionist I had an emergency. They had room for my sweet girl and a few stitches later she was good as new! I was VERY impressed!

Appointments are on time (WOW!). Questions are answered and I never feel rushed. I won’t go anywhere else for my pups!

We go to a different vet for animal care (moved recently kept going to old vet for check ups). We have used lane for boarding and grooming. The staff is friendly and my dog is well cared for. I can tell when she doesn’t like where she has been. She is always full of energy when I pick her up. In a good way. Thanks Lane.

We highly recommend Lane Animal Hospital, and especially Dr. Margaret Lane! We are new to Chelsea, and recently took our senior kitty in to see Dr. Margaret Lane. From making the appointment, to meeting Dr. Lane, we immediately felt welcome, and at ease. The office staff is highly responsive and friendly. Dr. Lane is very caring, and extremely knowledgable. She also went out of her way to care for, and treat, our senior cat’s health issues, not to mention make us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Lane Animal Hospital and Dr. Lane!!

The cost was a little high for the vet fee and x-rays but it was an emergency visit. Nobody else would see our puppy and she was in so much pain. Very nice people.

Lane is a veterinary hospital tied with Michigan State Veterinary school for the best care available in the state. I’ve been going there for over 33 years with my furry children.

We have always had a great experience with Dr. Fryburg. He is very caring, takes time with us and never seems to be in a rush. Clinical staff has always been pleasant as well. We moved to Fowlerville and switched to a new vet office due to distance but have recently came back to see Dr. Fryburg due to having better care and a more pleasant experience. I would recommend this office to all friends with pets!

The only vet i’ll take my animals to. Have been going to Lane for years and they’ve always taken great care of our dogs. Friendly service and even the animals like going there. Their COVID protocols are well thought out and the visits are as easy as they can be.

Actually only saw Dr McRae for PT for my dog, but very impressed with her knowledge, easy to work with, she was well prepared for our appointment, and Lane’s facility appears very nice.

Our dog is extremely terrified of the vet so our trainer recommended Lane Animal Hospital for a successful visit. After two unsuccessful visits where they couldn’t actually perform any of the wellness visit, they recommended continued training and possibly considering a home visit vet care solution until our dog is feeling more comfortable with vet care. I just have to say, the patience and compassion for us from Dr, Fryberg and the rest of the staff was so appreciated, I hope we can have a successful visit in the future.
